If you are injured on the job refer to University of South Florida's Environmental Health and Safety's Workers' Compensation web site. Several forms on the Workers' Compensation Web Site will need to be filled out within one working day of the incident. Individuals participating in research activities that are not students and not employees need to be treated as volunteers and have the appropriate documentation.
