The University of South Florida Property
Department website lists information pertaining to the inventory,
transfer, and disposal of property. The USF Property Department performs an
annual inventory of all property valued at $1,000 or more. Upon purchase of
property at or above this threshold (usually computer equipment, lab equipment and
furniture), they will come to your office to attach barcodes for accountability
and auditing purposes. The two most used property forms are
USF Form #3008 - Relief from Property Accountabilityand
USF Form #3009 - Transfer Form. To contact the Property Department,
