Work/Maintenance Requests
For emergency repairs such as air conditioning problems, broken elevators, plumbing leaks, unsanitary conditions, unsafe conditions (e.g. slippery stairs, blocked hallways, etc.) call the Physical Plant Work Management help line at 974-2845. For routine maintenance or cleaning in your area, you can fill out an online work order request.
For non-emergency, paying work requests such as vacuuming, painting, shelving repairs, keyboard installations, and moving, you can fill out a Physical Plant Paying Work Order. Paying Work Orders are paid by the requesting department, thus require FAST Financials departmental account information and an appropriate accountable officer signature. They can be faxed to Physical Plant at 974-3199. During normal conditions, you can expect an email confirmation with an assigned Work Order number for tracking purposes.
