Mission

The USF Humanities Institute provides a forum for dialogue and reflection on the significant achievements of the human spirit and basic questions of human life. Through a wide range of scholarly exchanges, research opportunities, lectures and seminars, the Institute supports an intellectual culture that encourages all members of the university community, as well as the public, to challenge our assumptions, re-evaluate our relationships with one another, and explore interrelations among past, present, and future.
