IBL Scholarships
The IBL currently administers a number of scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students. The scholarships
were established to provide academically talented students the opportunity to study
at the University of South Florida. It should be noted that all awards are need
based. To be considered for a scholarship,
APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED to complete a financial aid (FAFSA) application.
The application is available from the USF Office of Financial Aid or on line at
www.fafsa.ed.gov.
All applicants must also complete the IBL scholarship application.

Ruth and Jerry Bell Endowed Scholarship (undergraduate only)
