Ms. Rachel B. Musaerenge, Fiscal & Business Administration

Rachel manages the fiscal and business activities for the Institute, which includes purchasing activity, budget monitoring and spending on grants and IBL accounts, IBL's operating and endowed funds, processing scholarship applications, and researching grants. Her duties also extend to web site management as well as assisting with the designs for publication.

 

Other supporting staff includes:

Ms. Clara Cobb, Coordinator

Ms Cobb is the coordinator of community initiatives and partnerships as well as the event planner for conferences and symposiums. She serves as Africana Studies(AFA) and IBL community representative linking the University with the community and the community with USF. She also represents AFA/IBL on internal and external boards. She serves as mentor for middle and high school students who participate in IBL programs. Ms. Cobb also facilitates fundraising activities for AFA and IBL.
